The ceremony commenced with guest registration, followed by the arrival of invited dignitaries, healthcare leaders, and stakeholders.
The event officially began with an opening address delivered by Dato' Dr. Shahril Mohamed Haniffa, Group Managing Director of MAHSA Group, who shared the organisation's vision of continuously elevating healthcare standards through innovation, education, and patient-centred services.

In her presentation, Prof Dr Hadijah shared the clinic's commitment to delivering comprehensive, evidence-based, and patient-centred dental care.
